Arrested 02/08/1928. He was accused of being a member of an illegal anti-Soviet organization. 03/24/1928 released under a written undertaking not to leave Leningrad. Arrested for the second time on February 26, 1933. He was accused of being a member of a k/r fascist organization. By the decision of the OGPU PP in the LVO dated 04/20/1933, the case was dismissed, since the guilt was not confirmed. 03/14/1933 released from custody.
