Genus. in 1887 in St. Petersburg. Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw, former Socialist Revolutionary and People's Socialist, member of the Central Committee of the TNSP. Arrested on 04/20/1921, charged with anti-Soviet activity, accused of the 2nd group at the Socialist Revolutionary trial of 1922. The Supreme Tribunal of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee sentenced 08/07/1922 to VMN. On 08/08/1922, by a resolution of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee, the execution of the sentence was postponed. On January 11, 1924, he was amnestied and released by the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee.
Consultant to the Secretariat of the Presidium of the USSR Central Executive Committee, lawyer. Lived in Moscow. Arrested on March 20, 1935 in connection with the Kremlin case. At a special meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on July 14, 1935, he was sentenced to 3 years of exile for “counter-revolutionary activities.” He served his sentence in Zapsibkrai, did not work, lived in the village of Kolpashevo, Kolashevsky lane, 2. Arrested on 09.09.1937 as “a member of the counter-revolutionary cadet-monarchist and Socialist-Revolutionary organization.” On September 22, 1937, the troika of the UNKVD of Zapsibkrai was sentenced to VMN. Shot on October 31, 1937.
