Shulgin Boris Viktorovich

The son of actual state councilor V.I. Shulgina. Member of the First World War. After the October Revolution he returned to Petrograd. He was a member of an anti-Soviet organization. In the summer of 1918 he went to the south of Russia. He was a member of the monarchical union "Our Motherland" in Kyiv. Participated in the White movement as part of the All-Soviet Union of Socialists and Wrangel's Russian Army.

Later he lived in exile in Belgium.
