In 1920–1921 military adviser to the RSFSR embassy in Armenia. In 1922–1924 military attaché in Finland. In 1924–1927 military attaché in Iran. In 1928–1931 head of the sector, assistant head of the 3rd department of the Intelligence Directorate of the Red Army Headquarters. In 1931–1937 teacher at the Military Academy. M.V. Frunze, teacher and head of the department of chemical warfare tactics at the Military Academy of Chemical Defense (1935-1937). Colonel (1936). In 1937-1939, researcher at the Central Archives of the Red Army. Discharged to the reserve on February 23, 1937. Arrested 04/05/1939. He died in Lefortovo prison.
