Fest Oscar Osvaltovich (Osvaldovich)

Definition:

Born in Reval on December 11, 1896. Son of a collegiate assessor. Graduate of the Nevelsk Petrovsky Real School. Marine officer.

After the uprising in the Minsk division, he was arrested by the Cheka and was imprisoned from 09/01/1918 to 10/29/1918.

After his release, he returned to service and soon crossed the front line and entered the service of the Navy of the Republic of Estonia.
