Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 08/04/1937 on charges of participation in an anti-Soviet Trotskyist terrorist organization, Art. 58-7, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, to the VMN. Executed on 08/04/1937 in Moscow, burial place - Donskoye Cemetery, grave 1. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on 08/18/1956.
