Vazhnov Ivan Yakovlevich
Genus. 06/02/1880 in the village. Fedino Seletskaya vol. Galichsky u. Kostroma province; Russian; from peasants; lower education, roofer; member of the CPSU (b) in 1925–1934. Before his arrest, he lived in Leningrad (Pesochnaya St., 24b, apt. 11), as a building manager at his place of residence. Arrested 02/09/1934. Sentenced on 03/09/1934 by the OGPU Collegium under Art. 17, 58-8, 11 (according to other data, according to Art. 58-6) of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to death with replacement by 10 years of labor camp. According to one data (LM-6). Imprisoned in the Solovetsky camp. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/14/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 1, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic).
According to other data (UFSB of the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg and Leningrad Regions), in custody in Sevvostlag, shot on 08/08/1938. Rehabilitated by the Magadan Regional Court on January 18, 1960, by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR (Article 4, Section 5 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR) on March 23, 1961.
