Genus. in 1929 in Bucharest. In 1940 moved with his parents to Bessarabia. In 1967 criticized Soviet foreign policy towards Israel and the Middle East. He was declared insane and sent to the Dnepropetrovsk psychiatric prison, where he spent 6 years. After his release he went to Israel.
