Born in 1904 in Tulchin. Worked at the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR. Expelled from the Communist Party in 1945 for criticism. Reinstated in the Party in 1946. Expelled again for political reasons in 1951. In January 1953, exiled to Tsybulev, Ukrainian SSR. Sentenced by Khristinovsky District Court on September 9, 1968, to 3 years in a general regime penal colony. Imprisoned in Dnepropetrovsk Psychiatric Hospital and Penal Colony No. 7. Released on March 26, 1971. Died on April 23, 1972. Rehabilitated in 1990.
