Charged under Art. 58-11 in organizational counter-revolutionary activities within the community of former officers of the Semyonovsky regiment.

Sentenced by the Collegium of the OGPU on 04/23/1931 to 10 years in a concentration camp. He was rehabilitated by the Decree of the Leningrad City Court of 03/01/1989.
