Vasiliev Vladimir Sergeevich

Genus. 05/15/1909 in Krasnoyarsk; Russian; from peasants; higher education; Ph.D. member of the CPSU(b) in 1930–1936. Graduated from the Institute of Water Transport Engineers (LIIVT), shipbuilder, mechanical engineer. From 1935 he worked as an engineer at the Research Institute of Military Shipbuilding of the Military Naval Forces of the Red Army. Resided: Leningrad, Krasnaya st., 6/5 (Profsoyuzov boulevard, 5), apt. 14. Arrested on April 27, 1936 as “a member of a criminal terrorist group.” Sentenced on 08/31/1936 by the Military Tribunal of the Red Replacement Baltic Fleet under Art. 19-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. By a resolution of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated September 15, 1936, the execution was replaced by 10 years in labor camp and with loss of rights for 5 years. In custody in the 8th Solovetsky department of the Belbaltlag (arrived on 11/12/1936 at the Anzer camp). Sentenced by the Special Troika of the NKVD LO on October 10, 1937 to capital punishment. Shot on November 4, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on May 15, 1959 by a ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
