Arrested 10/10/1930; sentenced to Kogpu on April 25, 1931 under Art. 58-7 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in prison with confiscation of property; by the resolution of the Kogpu dated January 26, 1932, the conclusion was replaced by exile to the West Siberian Territory for the remaining term of the sentence; By resolution of the Presidium of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR dated June 19, 1935, he was released early from exile on July 15, 1935. Rehabilitated by the USSR Prosecutor's Office on August 2, 1990.
