Born 04.02.1907 in Balashov. From 1930 lived with his family in Leningrad. Engineer of the Leningrad Housing Administration. After the arrest of his father in 1934 and the arrest of his brother in 1935, in the spring of 1937 he was exiled with his mother and sister to Turkmenistan, to the city of Mary. After the end of the war he was allowed to move to Tashkent.
