P sentenced by the Arkhangelsk Regional Court on April 30, 1941 to 2 years in prison. On September 23, 1941, the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR released him early, his criminal record was cleared. Completed his service on June 12, 1950, reserve lieutenant colonel. He died in 1970 and was buried in the columbarium of the Donskoye Cemetery in Moscow.
