Veltmander Hugo Ivanovich
Genus. in 1884 (according to other sources, 1883) in the city of Wesenberg (according to other sources, the city of Weissenstein) of the Estonian province; Estonian; lower education; upholsterer; member of the CPSU (b) in 1912–1936. Since 1932, member of the Leningrad branch of the All-Union Society of Old Bolsheviks. Personal pensioner since 1935. Lived in Leningrad (Roshalya embankment, 6, apt. 29). Arrested 08/22/1936. Sentenced on December 25, 1936 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison with disqualification for 5 years and confiscation of property. In custody in Solovetsky prison. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10.10.1937 to VMN. Shot on November 4, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated by the ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated 04/06/1957.
