Arrested on March 23, 1923 by the Cheka for the fight against counter-revolution and profiteering, charged under Art. 70, 71, 72 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR as amended. 1922 (counter-revolutionary agitation, production, storage and distribution of counter-revolutionary literature). Sentenced by a resolution of the NKVD Commission on Administrative Expulsions dated May 11, 1923 to deportation from Petrograd without specifying a period. 05/13/1923 released on his own recognizance. Rehabilitated by the conclusion of the St. Petersburg Prosecutor's Office dated May 21, 1998. Re-arrested on September 16, 1930 by the OGPU PP in the Leningrad Military District as a member of an illegal anti-Soviet organization. Before his arrest, he worked as an economist at the Leningrad branch of the Chamber of Commerce. By resolution of the Special Meeting of the OGPU Collegium dated February 28, 1931, he was exiled to Central Asia for a period of 3 years. Rehabilitated by the conclusion of the St. Petersburg Prosecutor's Office dated May 14, 2004. Since 1936, he worked as the head of the planning sector of the Oktyabrsky district canteen trust. Arrested on 05/07/1937 by the NKVD in the Leningrad Region, charged under Art. 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on July 28, 1937 to deportation to Kazakhstan for 5 years. Rehabilitated by a resolution of the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court dated May 23, 1958. He worked as an economist at the Karkaraly Regional Consumer Union. Lived in Karkaralinsk, Karkaralinsky district, Karaganda region. Arrested by the NKVD in the Karaganda region on July 17, 1938. Sentenced by the NKVD in the Karaganda region on October 28, 1938 under Art. 58-1, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Rehabilitated by the Tribunal of the Turkestan Military District on April 21, 1958.
