Genus. in 1900 in Kovno. Worked as a technician at Teploelektroproekt. Lived in Leningrad, K. Liebknecht Ave., 70/72, apt. 42. As a socially dangerous element, he was expelled with his family by resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR dated March 26, 1935 in Orenburg for a period of 5 years. From Orenburg he was sent as a topographer to the Yaroslavl region. By decree of the OSO under the NKVD of the USSR dated July 20, 1937, he was transferred back to Orenburg. Until 1939 he lived in the village. Dombarovka, Orenburg region, until 1940 - in Orenburg. In September 1941 in Aktyubinsk he was called up to the front. In 1947 he died in Orenburg. Rehabilitated by a resolution of the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court dated 02/05/1963.
