Vagner Ivan Bogdanovich

Genus. in 1890 in the village. Lipovka, Krasnoyarsk canton of the Volga German Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic; German; lower education; b/p. Since 1924 he lived in Baku, 4th Parallelnaya st., 78. He worked as a conductor on the railway. Arrested in Baku on December 21, 1934 by the NKVD of the Azerbaijan SSR. He was accused of being in connection with a fascist charitable organization in Germany, carrying out hostile activities against the USSR, of conducting fascist agitation, as well as of receiving material assistance from this organization. Sentenced by OSO under the NKVD of the USSR on April 26, 1935 under Art. 66, 72 of the Criminal Code of the AzSSR to 3 years of labor camp. Imprisoned in Siblag. Died on 08/07/1937 in the hospital of the medical unit 9 of the Akhpunsky branch of the ITL UNKVD for ZSK, Siblag. Rehabilitated on June 15, 1990 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Azerbaijan SSR.
