Genus. in 1892 in Tashkent. In 1917 he graduated from the chemical department of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and remained to work at the department of physical chemistry. In 1921-1930 He read a number of disciplines at the Higher Oil College of Grozny, in 1928 he received the title of professor and the position of head of the department of physics. In November 1930, he was arrested on charges of sabotage activities and spent almost a year in the investigative prison of the OGPU of Rostov-on-Don. Due to lack of evidence, he was released. In 1938 he was arrested again. In conclusion, he became a leading scientific consultant at the Ukhta Petrochemical Plant. In 1947, he was released for his contribution to solving the most important scientific and economic problems. He taught at the Mari Pedagogical Institute. In 1949 he was arrested for the third time. After 1952, he received permission to leave the place of exile. In 1954 he came to Udmurtia, the city of Glazov, and taught at the Pedagogical Institute . Rehabilitated on May 30, 1996 by the conclusion of the Main Military Prosecutor's Office.
