Kunin Abram Efimovich
Born in 1879 in Vilnius; Jewish; no name. In the 1920s he moved to Leningrad. Worked as a literary contributor to the Skorokhodovsky Rabochy newspaper. Lived in Leningrad, 40 Tchaikovsky St., Apt. 34. Arrested on 26 October 1937 by the NKVD Directorate for the Leningrad Region. Sentenced to capital punishment by the Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor's Office on 02 December 1937 under Article 58-6-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Executed on 10 December 1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the conclusion of the Leningrad Military District Military Prosecutor's Office dated 13 July 1989.
On January 30, 2022, a personal memorial sign was installed on house No. 40 on Tchaikovsky Street in St. Petersburg in memory of A.E. Kunin as part of the Last Address project.
