Lived in Leningrad (Stachek St., 25, building 3, apt. 71). Arrested on 08/31/1936 on charges of participation in the “K.-R. Trotskyist-Zinoviev organization, <...> carried out the murder of S.M. in 1934. Kirov". Sentenced on December 29, 1936 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 17-58-8, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years in prison and 5 years of disqualification with confiscation of property. Imprisoned in the Solovetsky camp. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/14/1937 to VMN. Shot on November 1, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated in the 1936 case on 02/27/1958 by the ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, in the 1937 case - 06/30/1989 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Arkhangelsk Region
