Born 15.05.1878 in Novominsk (now Minsk-Mazowiecki), Warsaw Governorate; Russian; son of a nobleman; secondary education (grammar school); no n. Lived in Leningrad, Pushkinskaya St., Building 10, Apt. 116. Teacher in a training unit for underwater diving since 1921. Arrested on 01.01.1935 by the NKVD Directorate of the USSR for the Leningrad Region on suspicion that anti-Soviet elements gathered in his apartment and anti-Soviet conversations were conducted. Sentenced on 29.05.1935 by the Special Collegium of the Leningrad Regional Court under Article 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years' imprisonment. Rehabilitated by the conclusion of the Prosecutor's Office of St. Petersburg dated 31.03.1993.
