By the Decree of OS KOGPU of 02.23.1928 he was sentenced after serving his sentence to exile in Siberia for 3 years. Released 04/30/1928; left for Novosibirsk. By the Decree of the OS KOGPU dated 12/23/1930, after serving the term of exile, he was deprived of the right to reside in the Moscow and Leningrad regions, Kharkov, Odessa, Kiev districts, the SKK, Dagestan and border districts for a period of 3 years. Uritsky. Sentenced by an exit session of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Court on February 13, 1935 under Art. 54-14, 108 and 97 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR, as well as the law of 08/07/1932 to 10 years of labor camp (probably conditionally, since there is no information about serving the sentence in the documents). In 1937 he worked as an accountant at the Khortitsky point "Zagotzerno". Arrested by the Zaporozhye city department of the NKVD of the Ukrainian SSR on charges of carrying out counter-revolutionary work in favor of Germany. Sentenced by the Troika UNKVD of the Ukrainian SSR in the Dnepropetrovsk region. 08/13/1937 to VMN. Shot in the city of Zaporozhye on 08/16/1937. Rehabilitated by the prosecutor's office of the Zaporozhye region. 06/14/1989 and 05/15/1992.
