Gutkevich Alexey Petrovich
Prisoner of the Gulag. Member of the Tomsk Memorial Society and the White Eagle Center.
A resident of Tomsk. He was arrested in 1945 in Germany and sentenced in 1947 by a military tribunal of the NKVD troops of the USSR to 10 years of imprisonment in the GULAG camps. In Tomsk, he took part in the life of the Memorial Society and the White Eagle Polish Cultural Center.

Members of the Tomsk Memorial Society organized a citizens' meeting on rehabilitation issues. The journal contains records of the reception of residents of Tomsk and the Tomsk region, indicating the date of the request, information about the person who contacted, a brief summary of the essence of the request, the result, and the signature of the person who conducted the reception.
