N. Vaivod from taking the post of head of the justice department of the Tomsk regional administration.

The article once again examines Vaivod's role in the fate of the 1982 defendants: Kendel, Chernyshov, Kovalevsky and Artsimovich. It also says that on May 27, 1992, A. Vaivod was appointed head of the regional justice department. Memorial expressed a strong protest against the decision of the regional administration.
