Head of the Norilsk Combine and the Norilsk Corrective Labor Camp of the NKVD (since 1941), Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the USSR, Major General (1945)
Born in 1894 at the Motovilikha plant, Perm district, Perm province; Russian; secondary technical education; member of the All-Union Communist Party (bolsheviks) since March 1917. In the organs of the All-Russian Extraordinary Commission-OGPU-NKVD since 1940. From 13.04.1940 - deputy head of the Norilsk Combine of the NKVD for the enterprises of the combine in Dudinka. From 02.04.1941 - head of the Norilsk Combine and the Norilsk ITL of the NKVD. From 1946 a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. In 1948-1950 - Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the USSR. From 16.04.1949 - head of the Yeniseiskstroy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Krasnoyarsk. From 10.04.1953 - head of the Yeniseiskstroy of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of the USSR. From 02.03.1954 - Head of the Main Directorate of the Nickel and Cobalt Industry "Glavmednikel" of the Ministry of Non-Ferrous Metallurgy of the USSR. From 30.09.1954 retired. Died: 07.05.1962, buried in Moscow at the Novodevichy Cemetery.
