Sentenced on 04.03.1943 (11.03.1932) under Articles 58-10, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years of imprisonment with disqualification for 5 years. Released on 21.12.1951.
He was rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on August 30, 1988 due to the absence of evidence of a crime.
