Born in 1915 in Grodno , Byelorussian SSR; Jewish; secondary specialized technical education. Worked as a mechanic at flour mill No. 12. Lived in Uralsk, West Kazakhstan Region. Arrested by the NKVD Directorate for West Kazakhstan Region on 13.11.1943. Sentenced on 31.01.1944 by the West Kazakhstan Regional Court under Articles 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years in a labor camp. Sentenced   08/07/1944 under Art. 58-10 and the Law of 08/07/1932 to 10 years in a labor camp. Released in 1954. Worked as a fitter at the Vorkuta Mechanical Plant. Released from exile in the Komi ASSR on 05/06/1956. Conviction expunged on 04/15/1960 by the People's Court of the 1st section of the city of Vorkuta, Komi ASSR. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the Kazakh SSR on 11/28/1964. Died in 1999 in the USA.
