Abbakumov Ivan Vasilievich
He was deprived of his voting rights in 1927-1931.
Born in 1897 in Tomsk. His father was a drayman. In 1916 he was called up for military service and served until 1923. He served in the Red Army. After completing his service, he worked in various organizations as a horse handler. In 1926-1927, he ran an inn. Since 1928, he has been working for hire in the field of horse breeding, already as a specialist. In 1929, he joined the Union of Agricultural Workers.
Deprived of voting rights in 1925(?) and in 1927 (as a merchant). Restored his rights on 19.02.1931.
