Arndt (Arnd) Arthur Karlovich
German national. German. Lived and worked in Tomsk at 9 B. Vokzalnaya Street. From 1923, he ran a family-run sausage workshop in Tomsk. Two apprentices worked in the workshop. He was deprived of his voting rights for using hired labor.
Reinstated in electoral rights on 23.04.1930.
