Bazhenov Naum Klimentievich
Deprived of voting rights 1927-1934.
Born in 1876 (calculated). Origin - from a family of farmers. His father was administratively exiled to Siberia for participating in the labor movement back in the tsarist era. A blacksmith by profession, he worked as a carriage master in Tomsk, approximately since 1905. In 1921 he built a house on Urzhatsky Lane, 13, which had a living space and a forge. There were always a lot of orders for carriage work, according to him, he served almost all government agencies in Tomsk: "Tomsk Provincial Executive Committee, then Tomsk Okrispolkom, Tomsk City Council, then Tomsk City Militia and Administrative Department, Tomsk Department of the OGPU, as well as all other government agencies of the year in Tomsk." In the forge, he worked with the assistance of one hired worker - a hammerman, which is necessary in such a trade.
In 1927 he was disenfranchised for using hired labor. Presumably, the reason was that for a short time, before 1927, in order to cope with the large number of orders, he hired two apprentices for a short period. The litigation to restore his and his wife's voting rights lasted until May 17, 1934 (more than seven years).
Wife - Ksenia Antonovna Bazhenova, housewife.
The GATO case on the restoration of electoral rights (GATO. F. R-430. Op. 3. D. 131) contains 35 documents. Their subsequent fate is unknown.
