Rizen Yakov Yakovlevich
Special settler, executed in 1937.
Born 15.04.1881 in the village of Muravyovka, Koshkinsky district, Samara province. German.
Disfranchised in 1929.
On March 30, 1930, he was sent with his family as a kulak to a special settlement in the Northern Territory (Arkhangelsk Region, Nyandomsky District, special settlement "22nd Quarter", settlement of Kholmoleyevo).
Arrested on May 30, 1937. Sentenced by the decree of the Troika of the NKVD Directorate for the Northern Region on August 7, 1937 – “for participation in a counter-revolutionary fascist group.”
Shot on 14.08.1937.
Rehabilitated by the Presidium of the Arkhangelsk Regional Court on May 24, 1967. I: PM.
