Ratkov Konstantin Mikhailovich
Born in 1861 in the village of Rozhdestveno, Nerekhta district, Kostroma province; Russian; higher military education; naval officer. Participant in the Russo-Japanese War (in 1904-1905 - in captivity in Japan), participant in World War I. Commander of the Arkhangelsk naval detachment (1915), Major General of the Fleet (1916). Arrested on 16-17.03.1917 and sent to Petrograd. On 03.04.1917 he was enrolled in the reserve of ranks of the Naval Ministry. Commander of the military port. Arrested on 05.01.1919 by the Vyatka Provincial Cheka. Sentenced on 20.03.1919 by the resolution of the Vyatka Provincial Cheka to capital punishment. Rehabilitated by the Main Military Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 10.09.1999.
