Born in 1895 in Minsk; Polish; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1924-1937. Director of Printing House No. 2 of the Leningrad City Council. Lived in Leningrad, Vosstaniya St., Building 23, Apt. 2. Arrested on August 26, 1937. Sentenced on October 10, 1937 by the Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor's Office under Article 58-6-9-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on October 14, 1937.
