Genus. in 1875 in the village. Dmitrievskoe (?) Nerekhta district, Kostroma province. In 1896 he graduated from the Kostroma Theological Seminary. From 1899 to 1910 - priest of St. Nicholas Church in the village. Vorontsovo, Gorkinsky volost, Nerekhta district, Kostroma province, from 1910 to 1929 - priest of the Church of the Nativity in the village. Rozhdestvenskaya volost, Nerekhta district, Kostroma province (after 1918, Rozhdestvenskaya volost became part of the Odelevskaya volost). 04/15/1929 arrested as “a member of the Kyiv branch of the counter-revolutionary monarchist church organization of the TOC.” 02/20/1930 sentenced by a troika at the OGPU PP for the Ivanovo Industrial Region to 3 years in a concentration camp. From March 16, 1930 to 1933, he was imprisoned in the Solovetsky ITL (SLAG) of the OGPU. On August 14, 1931, he was convicted by a Special Meeting of the OGPU Collegium to increase his sentence by 2 years for “counter-revolutionary agitation” as a member of a “counter-revolutionary group of clergy.” Participated in a secret service in connection with the Feast of the Entry into the Temple of the Blessed Virgin Mary. From 1933 – 10/14/1934 he was imprisoned in the Kargopol ITL (Kargopollag). Released 10/14/1934. Rehabilitated on September 26, 1989 in the 1931 case.
