Born 23.02.1969 in the Kherson province. In the army since 1890, enlisted as a private in the 22nd Dragoon Regiment. In 1894 he passed the exam for production to the first class rank at the Elisavetgrad Cavalry Cadet School. In 1901 he was transferred from the 8th Cavalry Reserve Brigade to serve in the Kwantung Regional Quartermaster Directorate as an assistant accountant in Port Arthur. In 1903 he was appointed caretaker of the Port Arthur grocery store. In December 1904, by order of the Japanese authorities, he was sent from Port Arthur to Dalny, and in 1905 to Harbin to submit a report on the activities of the Quartermaster Directorate during the siege. In January 1905 he arrived in Nagasaki, was released from captivity and sent to Russia. In 1914 he was promoted to court councilor. In 1915 he served in the 4th Siberian Army Corps on the Northwestern Front. In 1916, as part of the Directorate, he entered Romania in the ranks of the Danube Army. In July 1917, he was elected a member of the regimental committee of the Quartermaster Institutions, chairman of this committee for 3 months and chairman of the regimental court for 6 months. In November 1917, he was appointed acting staff officer for assignments at the Quartermaster Directorate of the armies of the Romanian Front. According to his family, he was shot in 1937 as an officer of the Russian imperial army.
