Genus. in 1904 in the city of Porkhov, Pskov province; German; incomplete higher education; b/p. In 1923 he lived in Petrograd, a university student; arrested 11/16/1923; By resolution of the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of January 3, 1924, the case was terminated and he was released from custody. Arrested 04/10/1924; sentenced on May 16, 1924 to 3 years ELEPHANT. While imprisoned at Solovki, he joined the Socialist Revolutionary faction of the collective of political prisoners. After the end of the term, he was sent to Alma-Ata for 3 years. In 1930 he lived in Voronezh; unemployed; arrested 09/15/1930; sentenced to the Kogpu Central Choreography Department on January 13, 1931 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 3 years of exile. In 1935 he lived in Kazan, worked at the Glavkhlopsbyt trust; arrested 04/28/1935; accused under Art. 58-8, 58-10, 58-11; NKVD TASSR 06/23/1935 the case was closed due to insufficient evidence. Arrested again 04/02/1937; sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on September 15, 1937 to military service with confiscation of property; executed on September 15, 1937 in Moscow; burial place - Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated in the 1930 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the Voronezh Region on June 20, 1989.
