Moscow province; Russian; from peasants; higher education (graduated from the Faculty of Law of Moscow University); member of the RSDLP since 1907. Until 1914 and in 1917–1918 he worked as an instructor in the Central Union. In 1915 he was in exile in Olonets province. Secretary of the Moscow Technical Society committee. Instructor of the Moscow Union of Consumer Societies for cultural and educational activities. From 1918 he worked in various Soviet institutions. In 1919 he was arrested by the Cheka, but was soon released. Member of the All-Russian Constituent Assembly from Olonets province. according to the list of Social Democrats. 26.05.[unknown what year] by resolution of the Collegium of the GPU he was expelled to the Vologda province. For 1 year. In 1922 he lived in Vologda, worked in the Union of Labor Timber Artels of the Northern Territory as head of the statistical and economic department. Arrested by the Vologda provincial department of the GPU on August 16, 1922; sentenced by the GPU Collegium on August 26, 1922 to deportation from the RSFSR abroad. He lived in Berlin for several months, then moved to Sweden. He worked in the Swedish cooperative movement and joined the Swedish Socialist Party. He did not break ties with Russian Social Democracy until the end. He considered himself a Menshevik. Died 01/26/1962 in Stockholm. Rehabilitated by the prosecutor's office of the Vologda region. 02/03/1998.
