In 1937 he lived in Moscow, held the position of deputy head of the NKVD of the Saratov region. Arrested in Saratov 06/13/1937; Specially sentenced on 10/08/1937 to VMN; shot 10/08/1937; burial place - Moscow region, Kommunarka. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on June 23, 1956
