Born 1862 (1863), native and resident of Leningrad, Russian, non-party member, b. Major General of the Tsarist Army, was engaged in counting work. (In 1919, he was an employee of the financial department of the Gatchina district military registration and enlistment office; he was held as a hostage in the Pokrovsky and Vladykinsky camps in Moscow.) In 1935, he was sentenced to 5 years of exile as a “socially dangerous element” along with his wife. Lived in exile: Tyumen, Sovetskaya street, 40. Arrested on September 11, 1937 by the Troika of the NKVD in the Omsk region. On November 2, 1937 he was sentenced to capital punishment. Shot in Tyumen on November 5, 1937.
