Genus. 12/21/1894 in the village. Sidorovichi, Mogilev district of the BSSR; Jew; from peasants; higher education; civil engineer; non-partisan. Graduated from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. In 1930–1934 deputy. chief engineer of Nazievstroy. Before his arrest, he lived in Leningrad (V.O., 2nd line, no. 3, apt. 6), room. director for capital construction of the Gigrovata factory. Arrested 03/06/1936. Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on November 12, 1936 under Art. Art. 17-58-8, 11 (according to other sources, 58-10, part 2 and 58-11) of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years (according to other sources, to 10 years) imprisonment with loss of rights for 5 years and confiscation property. In custody in Solovetsky prison. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/14/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 1, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on August 6, 1957 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
