Born in 1904 in the village Mountain Veretye Shimsky district. Novgorod province Member of the CPSU (b) in 1929-1937. Worked at the Novgorod distillery. In the early 1930s he moved with his family to the village. Zaluchye, Leningrad region. (modern Starorussky district, Novgorod region). Deputy Secretary of the Zaluchsky District Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. Arrested 07/11/1937 Sentenced on February 19, 1938. Visiting session of the Supreme Committee of the USSR Armed Forces in Leningrad under Art. 58-7-8-11 Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN. Shot in Leningrad on the same day. Rehabilitated in 1956
