Genus. 03/07/1904 in Riga, Livonia province; Pole; from peasants; Member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) from 1928 to 1937. Since 1918, electrician. He graduated from the workers' faculty and studied at the Leningrad Electrical Technical College. Since 1930, a foreman at the Baltic Shipyard and an external student at the Electrotechnical Institute. In 1931, together with the specialty "Electrical equipment", he was transferred to LEMI, from which he graduated in 1932. Before his arrest, he was an engineer at the Baltic Plant (electrical engineer at plant No. 189 named after Ordzhonikidze). Lived in Leningrad, Kirovsky pr., 26/28, apt. 97. Arrested 09/20/1937. Sentenced by a resolution of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor dated September 28, 1937 under Art. 58-9, 58-11 to VMN. Shot on October 6, 1937.
