Genus. in 1893 on the Malupe estate, Valka district, Livonia province; Latvian; education – 2 groups of rural school; carpenter by profession; b/p. In 1930 he was sentenced to 2 years of labor camp and 5 years of exile, on cassation appeal the term of exile was reduced by 2 years, however, in 1936 he lived in the city of Yeniseisk VSK, worked as a carpenter and model maker in the foundry workshop of the Sevpolyarles trust; arrested 12/27/1936; sentenced by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR on 06/03/1937 under Art. 58-10, 11 by 5 years of ITL; sent to Sevvostlag NKVD. Sentenced by the Troika UNKVD for Dalstroy on May 17, 1938 to VMN; shot 06/03/1938. Rehabilitated in the 1938 case on 08/08/1960, in the 1936 case - by the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory on 09/01/1989.
