Genus. in 1906 in Odessa; Jew; o secondary education; b/p. He worked as a senior mate of the ship "Koryak". Lived in Vladivostok. Arrested 01/22/1932. Sentenced by a troika at the PP OGPU DCK

02/14/1932 under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years of labor camp. In 1937, he worked as a senior navigator of the steamship "Memory of Sergei Kirov" of the "Murmanryba" trust. Lived in Murmansk, Lenin Ave., 56, apt. 66. Arrested 10/21/1937. Sentenced on 01/04/1938 by the Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor's Office under Art. 58-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot on January 8, 1938 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated on July 16, 1990 in the 1932 case , rehabilitated in the 1937 case   Military Tribunal of the Northern Military District 12/07/1957.
