Born in 1895 in Riga, Latvian, non-party member, basic education, turner at the Elektrosila plant, lived in Leningrad (Glazovaya St., Bldg. 13, Apt. 16). Arrested on 14.03.1933 under Article 58-6. Released on 16.05.1933. The case against Himmler M.G. was closed by the resolution of the PP OGPU in the Leningrad Military District dated 04.06.1933. Arrested again on 01.02.1938. Sentenced to capital punishment by the resolution of the Special Troops of the NKVD LO dated 16.10.1938. Executed on 22.10.1938. Posthumously rehabilitated in 1958.
