Genus. in 1908 in Harbin. Studied at Harbin Polytechnic Institute. At the end of the 1930s, he was forced to leave for the USSR and was assigned to Tashkent. Studied at the Tashkent Institute of Railway Transport Engineers. Upon graduation, he worked as the head of the technical bureau at the Mary station of the Ashgabat railway. Arrested in September 1937. By a resolution of the NKVD commission and the USSR prosecutor's office dated December 27, 1937, he was sentenced to military service for espionage. Shot on January 7, 1938. Rehabilitated by the military tribunal of the Turkestan Military District on February 12, 1959.
