An article from the newspaper "Narodnaya Tribuna" (Tomsk) from January 19, 1991. Maria Aksenova, a member of the historical and educational society "Memorial", tells the story of her family, which survived two stages of repression - dispossession in 1931 and the Great Terror of 1937. She writes that the Presidential Decree "On the restoration of all rights of those unjustifiably repressed in the 1920s-1950s" is practically ineffective; she suggests specific steps to move the situation forward.
