Born September 23, 1996 in the village of Nenadikha, Tarashcha district, Kyiv province; from peasants; graduated from agricultural school and the Kiev Agricultural Institute (1924); member of the Ukrainian Communist Party (Borotbists). Delegate to the All-Russian Congress of Soviets of Peasants' Deputies in May 1917. From May 1920 - head of the land department of the Poltava provincial executive committee, from 1921 - at the head of the agricultural department of the Kyiv provincial executive committee, from mid. 1923 - head of the Kyiv branch of the All-Ukrainian Union of Agricultural Cooperation "Silsky Gospodar", from 1928 - teacher of agrarian economics at the Kharkov Agricultural Institute, then deputy. director and head. department of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Economics and Organization of Agriculture. First Vice-President of the All-Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences (May 1931 - June 1933). Arrested in June 1933. Sentenced by a decision of the judicial troika under the collegium of the GPU of the Ukrainian SSR in November 1933 to 5 years in a labor camp. By a decision of a special meeting under the NKVD of the USSR in July 1937, the term was extended by 5 years. Died in custody on 14.02.1942, buried in the village of Zolotisty, Yagodninsky District, Magadan Region. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the Ukrainian SSR on 10.02.1961.
