Khalilov Idris Saidovich
Born 16.02.1912 in the village of Verkhnyaya Teberda, Karachay Autonomous Region ; Karachay; from a middle peasant family; incomplete higher education; no p. Student of the mechanical department of Moscow State University. Lived in Moscow, Spiridonovsky per., bldg. 9, room 5, dormitory. Arrested by the 4th det. of the SPO PP OGPU MO on 04.04.1933 on charges of anti-Soviet agitation under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. The case was dismissed on 16.05.1933. Lived in the village of Tsipikan, Barguzinsky District, Buryat-Mongolian ASSR, and worked as the director of the Tsipikan Secondary School. During the Great Patriotic War - senior lieutenant of the quartermaster service, head of the bath and laundry station of military unit 06176E. Sentenced by the military tribunal of the 103rd Special Forces of the Transbaikal Military District on March 8, 1944, to 8 years in a correctional labor camp, with a 3-year ban on driving, and confiscation of money and bonds seized during the search. While imprisoned in the Bukachachinsky Corrective Labor Camp in the Chita Region, in September 1945 he was brought to criminal responsibility again for conducting anti-communist agitation. Sentenced by the Chita Regional Court on November 29, 1945, under Article 58-10, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, with the sanction of Article 58-2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, to 8 years in a correctional labor camp with a 3-year ban on driving. After serving his prison term, "in 1951 he was placed on a special register in the city of Magadan as a person of Karachay nationality." In 1955, he arrived at a special settlement in the Stalinsky District of the Frunze Region of the Kirghiz SSR to reunite with his family. He was removed from the special settlement register on March 29, 1956. He was rehabilitated by a decision of the Supreme Court of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on September 10, 1960, and by a decision of the Criminal Collegium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR on December 27, 1960. He died in 1966 in Karachayevsk.
